A teenager is forced to take the risk of being a sugar carrier on the borders of Indonesia and Malaysia to pay for his mother's treatment. Rizal and his two friends became illegal sugar carriers from Malaysia to Indonesia, through the “rat route” for several days and got quite a large fee.
